Mazel Galerie is pleased to invite you to discover “If I Played the World”, PEZ’s first solo exhibition at the gallery.
For this new exhibition, the artist takes us on a journey around the world through a series of fifteen original paintings, each inspired by a different country. True to his distinctive universe, PEZ draws on the symbols, cultural references and imagery of each destination, reinterpreting them with his signature blend of humour and creativity.
With If I Played the World, PEZ playfully twists the title of NAS’s iconic track, If I Ruled the World (Imagine That). Rather than ruling the world, he chooses to play with it, reshaping it on his own terms. An invitation to look beyond familiar horizons, blur the boundaries between reality and imagination, and see the world as one vast playground.
Imagine that… What if the world were ours to reinvent?
An exclusive 3D edition, conceived by PEZ, will also be unveiled and available during the exhibition.
