To coincide with his new solo exhibition “Clap”, currently on view at Mazel Galerie in Brussels, French artist Levalet has released a brand-new limited edition print entitled “The Wild Flight”.
This exclusive artwork extends the visual universe developed throughout the exhibition, where cinema, storytelling and collective imagery play a central role. Staying true to his distinctive artistic language, Levalet places one of his iconic characters at the heart of a poetic and unexpected scene. Surrounded by a flock of elegant white herons, the figure appears suspended between reality and imagination, while a backdrop composed of vintage movie posters creates a powerful dialogue between memory, movement and fiction.
Widely regarded as one of the leading figures of French street art, Levalet has spent more than fifteen years developing a unique body of work that blends humour, theatricality and urban intervention. Represented by Mazel Galerie since 2017, he has built an instantly recognizable visual identity that resonates with both urban art collectors and contemporary art enthusiasts worldwide.
“The Wild Flight” is released as a strictly limited edition of only 30 prints, each signed and numbered by the artist. Several editions were already acquired during the exhibition opening, highlighting the strong interest surrounding this new release.
